We work in partnership with a charity group with 30 years of experience placing charitable occupiers into commercial property, combining that track record with a consultative service designed for professional asset managers.
Our story
Established for a market that has changed
SpaceXchange Ltd was established in London in 2026 in direct response to the Court of Appeal judgment of 29 July 2026. The judgment reshaped the commercial property market and left many landlords without a dependable way to manage the cost of vacant buildings.
Our answer is not new. Genuine charitable occupation of vacant commercial property has been practised responsibly for decades, and SpaceXchange works in partnership with a charity group that has done exactly that for 30 years. What we add is a consultative service built for professional asset managers: individual property assessment, careful matching, proper documentation and ongoing management, delivered through one point of contact.
